Hamilton House is a grand Victorian office, built in 1880 for the Callender Cable and Construction Company. It is located on Victoria Embankment, next to the Temple Gardens and close to Blackfriars Bridge.
Even though today, the Embankment is busy, the building is next to beautiful private gardens and has views of the river. It's neighbours include other Victorian corporate buildings mature trees line the avenue outside.
The building is Grade II listed and is just over 29,000 square feet. It was previously, similar to it's neighbours, occupied by a major international bank.
